When will my order be processed?
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the current situation. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed 1-3 business days from the order date and will ship the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it will take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive in Ecuador.
These are general and approximate times, they are never a deadline. In certain periods the shipping time may increase considerably due to the high volume of shipments the carriers have to handle.

Items are shipped from different origins by different suppliers. From the United States, Europe and/or Asia.
