WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

Please contact our Customer Care team on our contact page to initiate the exchange process. Please include the following information:
- Order number.
- Proof of purchase.
- Video or photo of the defective product.
- Complete delivery address.
- Contact telephone number.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have questions about when your account will be credited.
If you have not yet received a credit for your return, here's what to do:
Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order (as we will not be able to modify it after that). Be sure to provide us with your order number and the modification you wish to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, you will receive a 100% refund. After this time, your package will have been processed and it is impossible for us to make a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us by providing us with your order number and the email address registered during the purchase.
